Field Testing

At least two (2) services from each of the 12 LGAs to receive Department of Health and Ageing (DoHA) HCI funding in July 2010 have been sought to participate in this field test.

Services volunteering to participate in ‘field testing' of the Framework will not gain formal registration through this process, however, services will:

  • be able to assess their services current quality level
  • have support throughout that process
  • be in an ideal position to undergo the formal registration process when it is available
  • provide valuable input into the refinement and finalisation of the Framework and processes
  • assist LGAs to better understand capability and quality systems that exist.
